These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, job board, event listings, and member portal operated by ICAI Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) Chapter (“the Chapter”, “we”, “us”). By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts are intended for ICAI members, corporate partners, job seekers approved by the Chapter, and authorised Chapter administrators. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Membership status, fee records, receipts, and related transactions may require verification or approval by Chapter officials. Published fee structures and discounts apply as configured by the Chapter. Payment records and receipts are provided for Chapter administration purposes.
Employers and candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy of job postings and profile information. The Chapter does not guarantee employment outcomes and may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
By registering, you consent to receive service-related emails (for example account verification, fee reminders, and administrative notices). Marketing communications, if any, will follow applicable consent requirements.
Chapter branding, website content, and portal software remain the property of the Chapter or its licensors unless otherwise stated. ICAI logos and marks are used in accordance with ICAI guidelines.
The portal and website are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Chapter disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of third-party content, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Chapter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the portal, or if required for security or legal compliance. You may request account closure by contacting info@icaitanzania.org.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
